* All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
* Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
### 2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
* Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
* Estimated delivery times are typically 3–7 business days after dispatch for standard shipping.
* Please note that delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
### 3. Shipping Fees
* **Prepaid Orders**: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders.
* **Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders**: A ₹60 COD charge applies for all Cash on Delivery orders.
* Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable.
### 4. Shipping Locations
* Bellacare currently ships across India.
* We do not ship to P.O. boxes unless otherwise stated.
### 5. Incorrect Address
* Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
* Bellacare is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
* Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
### 6. Lost or Damaged Items
* If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
* We will assess the issue and work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
