Refund policy
At Bellacare, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in the quality of our services and products and aim to ensure every client has a positive experience.
### 1. Services
* Payments for services rendered are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
* If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can review your concern and, where appropriate, offer a correction or alternative solution.
* No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee and are not eligible for a refund.
### 2. Products
* Unused, unopened products may be returned within 7–14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
* Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
* Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
* Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
### 3. Exchanges
* Exchanges may be offered for eligible products within the return period, subject to availability.
### 4. Gift Cards & Promotions
* Gift cards, packages, and promotional purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
### 5. Refund Processing
