Refund Policy

1. Services

  • Payments for services rendered are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
  • If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can review your concern and, where appropriate, offer a correction or alternative solution.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee and are not eligible for a refund.

2. Products

  • Unused, unopened products may be returned within 7–14 days of purchase (adjust as needed) with a valid receipt
  • Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for eligible products within the return period, subject to availability.

4. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards, packages, and promotional purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
